1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

    • You must initiate the return request within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Proof of issue (images/video) must be provided via WhatsApp or email.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items damaged due to mishandling or wear and tear after delivery.

  • Customized, altered, or made-to-order products.

  • Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 82001 06819 or email at support@aadritijewels.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share your order number and photos/videos of the item showing the issue.

  3. Upon approval, we will guide you through the return shipping process.

Note: Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the item is found to be defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will not be granted for items that do not meet our return eligibility.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect products.

  • We do not offer exchanges for reasons such as dislike of design, size preference, or change of mind.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Cancellation requests post-dispatch are not accepted.
